Tuesday night goes international!
That's right, kiddos! Tuesday night dinner has made it to Israel! I'm so excited to have a kitchen again so I cooked up a nice meal for myself and a few friends. Oven roasted chicken with rosemary and thyme, sweet teriyaki spinach and potato salad, typical Israeli salad, and chocolate chip cookies. Not quite as lavish as what you create every week, but it was on the fly! And accompanied by the Spain/Portugal game.
